Oh, and I also rock. Just saying. 
This is a story from a friend of mine who was a Peace Corps Volunteer serving in Zambia. She was diagnosed with HIV in September of this year after 7 months of service. This is a blog she created to tell her story and increase awareness.
In an e-mail she said to me: “As scary as it is to put myself out there in this way, it is what I feel led to do. I feel a duty and an obligation to share my story, in the hopes that it may help or impact another volunteer’s decisions down the way.”
